Sweat Sanity

Sweat Sanity is our new virtual schedule of classes. That's right, you can't come to the gym, but you can join us on daily workouts, twice a day and (sometimes 3X!!). With minimal to no equipment, your favorite trainers make you sweat from their own homes. 

Sweat Sanity is available to everyone free of charge, so invite your friends and family for a social, but distant workout!

Our 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 is BACK and better than ever—because one was not enough, we’ve added a Part Two dedicated to learning floor maneuvers to help you escape from an opponent that pins you down. ⁣

Coach NJ will not only show us how to escape from the grasp of evil, but will have us practice the right physical and mental moves to ensure we are prepared for anything. ⁣
