Where are you located? 

We’re located at 11 Sunrise Plaza, Store 5, Valley Stream NY 11581


Do you have parking? 

There’s metered parking behind and in front the gym. You can also find one or two hour parking up the block. 


Do you have more locations? 

Just one location, but you can always join us virtually from anywhere! 


How do I book classes or appointments?

You can book a class by downloading the K-Fit Boutique Gym app. Create your profile, browse our classes, appointments, or enrollments, click the one you’d like to join and book away! 


How late can I book my training session? 

Group Classes must be scheduled at least 30 minutes in advance. Personal Training sessions must be scheduled at least 3 hours in advance. 


What classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes that incorporate HIIT, cardio, strength and resistance training. Check our app for the latest updates!

What’s your class schedule?

Our class schedule changes throughout the seasons! Find an updated schedule on our K-Fit Boutique Gym app.

Which class should I begin with? 

Once you have completed our Kickstart Foundations Program you will have the knowledge to jump into any of our group classes feeling like a confident and competent boss! Everyone completes this personalized program which is prescribed specifically for you based on your fitness level, experience and medical or physical restrictions.


What do I need for class? 

Make sure to bring your mask, mat, and towel for class! We’ll provide the rest. 


Is there a class cancellation policy? 

Sessions that are not rescheduled/cancelled 12 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. Unlimited Members are charged a late cancellation fee of $10. 


What if I’m running late to class or my appointment? 

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer. No late arrivals allowed for group classes due to health scan. 


What’s A Challenge? 

In a K-Fit challenge, you receive everything you need to begin or enhance your transformation. In the 4 or 8 weeks, depending on the challenge, you are provided with a comprehensive plan that fits your lifestyle, motivates you daily, and helps you make fitness and eating habits that you actually stick to. How do I register for a challenge?

You can register for our challenge by visiting our Challenges page when registration opens or find challenges that are open for registration in the K-Fit App under the “Enrollments” tab. Stay up to date on open registration dates by following us on Instagram and subscribing to our email list at the bottom of the page!
