Mon to Thursday: 6am, 8:30am, 5:30pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm

Friday: 6am, 8:30am, 5:30pm

Sat & Sun: 8:30am & 10am


MONDAY: Leg Day 
TUESDAY:
Core and cardio
WEDNESDAY:  Upper body
THURSDAY: Torch Thursday Whole Body HIIT 
FRIDAY:
Fuerte Friday, Weight Training

Join K-Fit workouts on your own time! Access our private library of workouts and join 30-45 minute workouts when you can't make it to class.
