Kickstart Foundations Program is the individualized introduction to our bootcamps, personal trainings or remote. At K-Fit we know the importance of properly introducing someone to a new fitness routine. Complete our Kickstart evaluation to determine the number of sessions prescribed and develop the necessary skills to enter group classes, personal trainings or train on your own at the gym feeling like a confident and competent boss!
